Thank you for your interest in VanDutch Painting!
My name is Tym VanBraeden, I moved to Langley in 2017. In 2005 I started VanDutch Painting in Vancouver, BC. For about 15 years before that I ran a painting company in Alberta. Much of my career has been spent painting family homes. I have to date spent most of my time painting houses on Vancouver’s West side, both new and existing construction, but I am now taking work in Langley, Surrey and Abbotsford.
We have an excellent crew that co-operates very well with other trades and can deliver excellent quality workmanship. I am proud to say that we have never gone overtime or over budget. We have also participated in two projects which were finalists for the Georgie Awards.
The information below will get you acquainted with our process, some of the services we offer, and the crew that will be doing the quality work on your job. Keep in mind that each job comes with a unique set of requirements, so be sure to express to us what those requirements might be on your job.
Our painting process is simple:
Step 1:
I will review the job with you, inquire on your expectations and discuss how those expectations can be met. Drawing from my experience, I will let you know if there is anything that from my perspective can improve the job, and which materials and paints would be best suited for the task. I will follow up with a price within 24 hours, and an approximate time to completion.
Step 2:
Once you approve our price, we set a start date. The VanDutch Painting crew is always on time. You will not need to worry about no shows, or unexpected delays. In the event that we are unable to make it as previously decided, we will give you ample notice, and discuss the possibility of moving the time.
Step 3:
Our crew will arrive and commence work. I personally supervise each job to make sure the crew foreman is aware of expectations and the scope of work. And yes, I will even pick up the tools and work alongside the crew. We will not abandon your job at any time once work has commenced, unless there are unexpected conditions or circumstances, and you will be notified immediately.
Step 4:
Upon completion of the work you will be provided with an invoice for the previously agreed to amount and payment will be due at that time.
Give me a call or send me an email if you have any questions or to book a time to review your job. I’m looking forward to working with you.
Regards,
Tym VanBraeden
